By accessing or using Clothoff through womenstreaty, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part, you must stop using the platform immediately.

These terms apply to all registered and unregistered visitors. womenstreaty reserves the right to update these terms at any time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Permitted Use

Clothoff is provided for personal, non-commercial use only unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. You may not use the undress AI tool to process images of real individuals without their verified consent. Any use that violates applicable law is strictly prohibited.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you upload to womenstreaty. Uploading images of minors, non-consenting individuals, or content that violates any applicable law will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

You warrant that any photo processed through Clothoff is either your own likeness or has been shared with full, documented consent of the subject. womenstreaty does not verify consent — that responsibility rests entirely with the user.

Intellectual Property

All AI models, processing pipelines, interface designs, and branding on womenstreaty are the exclusive intellectual property of the platform operators. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any component of the Clothoff system.

Limitation of Liability

womenstreaty provides Clothoff on an 'as-is' basis. The platform makes no warranties about output accuracy, uptime, or fitness for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, womenstreaty's total liability for any claim arising from use of Clothoff is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Third-Party Services

Clothoff integrates with third-party payment processors and cloud infrastructure providers. womenstreaty is not responsible for the terms, privacy practices, or reliability of those external services.

Security

womenstreaty uses industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Uploaded images are automatically deleted within 60 minutes of processing. Despite these measures, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held by womenstreaty. Submit requests to info@womenstreaty.org and expect a response within 30 days.

Changes to Terms

womenstreaty may revise these Terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting. The current version is always available on this page. Last updated: January 2026.
